Shipping policy

All items are made to order and will ship within 5 days of receipt. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the following business day. Your item(s) will be shipped in a gift box and padded envelope via USPS mail with tracking. Tracking information will be sent to you via email once your packaged has shipped. Shipping costs are calculated based on current rates and location. Will only ship to US addresses within the lower 48 states.

Designs by TR can not be responsible for transit times which is the responsibility of the carrier. We can not be responsible for lost or stolen package(s) once we have shipped the order.
